The Technical Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pasir Gudang. This role involves supporting technical operations, including assisting with inspections, preparing basic reports, and organizing documentation. The Technical Assistant will help coordinate service activities, provide hands-on support to technical staff, and ensure that tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and prepared for use. The role includes communicating with internal teams and clients to clarify requirements, follow up on work progress, and address routine technical queries. The Technical Assistant is expected to follow safety procedures, adhere to company standards, and contribute to efficient day-to-day operations.

• Ability to provide effective technical assistance and support, including basic troubleshooting and coordination of inspection activities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify issues, and support problem-solving in technical tasks.
• Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
• Experience or aptitude in technical support and customer service, with a focus on responsive and courteous assistance.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with documentation, reporting tools, and email communication.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work on-site in Pasir Gudang, including occasional extended hours or field tasks as operationally required.
• Relevant technical diploma, certificate, or equivalent practical experience in an industrial or engineering environment is an advantage.
