Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for plant (factory) systems by resolving reported issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Analyze recurring incidents and service requests, offering recommendations to enhance system performance and reduce downtime.
Conduct regular monitoring of IT hardware and inventory to ensure optimal functionality and readiness.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of incident tickets and service requests in the ServiceDesk system.
Delivery first-level troubleshooting support to ensure maximum uptime and seamless operation of IT network systems.
