Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for plant (factory) systems by resolving reported issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze recurring incidents and service requests, offering recommendations to enhance system performance and reduce downtime.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of IT hardware and inventory to ensure optimal functionality and readiness.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of incident tickets and service requests in the ServiceDesk system.
  • Delivery first-level troubleshooting support to ensure maximum uptime and seamless operation of IT network systems.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science or any equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in IT processes
  • Independent and good problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office
