Technical Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data teams. The role involves leading a team of 5, managing data incidents, and delivering solutions using
Azure Data Services, SQL, ETL/ELT, and Power BI. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, ensure data quality/governance, and support reporting requirements. Strong communication, leadership, and
Supply Chain domain knowledge are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the data team to gather, assess, and prioritize enhancement requests.
- Triage data-related incidents, assign them to the appropriate team members, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate and resolve issues related to data ingestion, transformation, and availability in the Data Lake.
- Lead and manage a team of 5 (2 Data Engineers, 2 Power BI Developers, and self), ensuring effective task allocation and delivery.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for the data engineering and BI teams.
- Perform data analysis, validate data quality, and support reporting needs.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, documentation, and quality control standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings for updates, feedback, and alignment; maintain strong communication and stakeholder engagement throughout.
