Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Short):

  • Lead service sales concept development.
  • Convert concepts into detailed technical & operational plans.
  • Design solutions using customer requirements and operational data.
  • Build strong customer relationships at tactical & strategic levels.
  • Ensure accurate service pricing and margin targets.
  • Act as a business advisor to secure follow-up contracts.
  • Support innovation in service sales processes and tools.
  • Travel within APAC (3040%).

Must-Have Skills (in Bold):

  • Strong analytical skills for complex logistics and service design.
  • Proven service sales experience (8+ years), preferably in automated baggage handling systems.
  • Mandatory experience in Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) or Airport Automation.
  • Strong solution selling capability with technical understanding of automation systems.
  • Hands-on exposure to service solutions, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle support models.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in pitching engineered solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading automation vendors and integrators.
  • Ability to lead and coach Sales Engineers within bid teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial acumen to influence pricing and design strategies.
  • Experience in international, cross-functional environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% regionally.
