Key Responsibilities
- Possess a deep understanding of logistics software, particularly its technical structure for WMS, RF, and Datahub.
- Collaborate with customers to analyze their needs and implement technical solutions through code changes.
- Handle installation, configuration, and optimization of both software and databases.
- Perform functional changes, extensions, and leverage its scalability for optimal performance.
- Work closely with cross-regional team by attending training, collaborating on projects, and transferring knowledge effectively.
- Generate reports and maintain insightful dashboards for informed decision-making.
- Provide technical training to customer IT teams, ensuring their successful utilization of the software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with strong coding experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT Programming.
- Proven experience in application deployment and maintenance on Linux, MySQL, and related components (nginx, tomcat).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies like Kubernetes (Ks8), containerization, disaster recovery, and high availability.
- Strong Java programming skills and knowledge of development tools like Eclipse, JSP, CSS, JavaScript, Spring, Redis, Maven, and TestNG.
- Experience working with Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL databases, along with proficiency in SQL statements and stored procedures.
- Experience in IT support, customization, and maintenance of enterprise software (ERP, CRM, MES, WMS, etc. is an added advantage.
- Solid IT knowledge and experience across various technologies.
- Possesses a proactive and resourceful mindset, with strong collaboration skills, perseverance, and a high level of accountability.
- Demonstrates strong documentation and analytical skills, with high ownership, independence, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Self-driven in identifying and resolving issues, with a good understanding of business processes and a keen interest in adopting new technologies.
- Willingness to travel and work on projects abroad (potential 6 months – 1 year collaboration with our China team in Shanghai).
