Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Technical Consultant role based in Malaysia at Westcon-Comstor Asia, allowing for some work from home. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, consulting, and sales support to clients. The role involves hands-on problem-solving, client interaction, and solution implementation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Security Design Architecture, the OSI and TCP/IP models, as well as network security principles and protocols
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT Security domain in a technical role
