Job Title: Technical Customer Support Representative

Job Description:
- Assist customers with technical issues, including software setup, troubleshooting technical problems and account registration.
- Manage customers trading accounts as daily operations by following the SOP.
- Conduct personalized 1-on-1 Zoom sessions to explain services.
- Conduct group Zoom sessions to showcase product benefits and drive sales.
- Understand and respond to customer needs, maintaining frequent communication via Zoom and WhatsApp to build confidence in our services.
- Collaborate with the service team for high customer satisfaction, aiming to secure ongoing customer loyalty.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and knowledge bases for our trading robot.
Requirements:
- Open to fresh graduates eager to learn and grow.
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic about presentations, educating others, and thriving on interpersonal communication.
- Passionate about new technologies and their application to improve work efficiency.
- A problem-solver with a detail-oriented approach to creating easily understandable written material.
- Able to cultivate relationships with prospects, students, and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field is a plus
- Background in sales is advantageous.
