Technical Delivery Lead - Temenos WealthSuite

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Temenos WealthSuite platforms to lead enterprise-scale Private Banking and Wealth Management technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Temenos WealthSuite (R19+), EdgeConnect (UXP), TAP Core / Triple A+, enterprise integrations, and large-scale delivery management. The role requires leading cross-functional development teams, driving solution delivery, and ensuring successful implementation of banking technology programs.

This is a senior leadership opportunity within enterprise banking technology, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, product teams, and engineering teams across global delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Temenos WealthSuite implementation and enhancement projects.
• Manage large development and technical delivery teams across multiple workstreams.
• Drive architecture discussions, solution design, and technical governance.
• Work extensively on Temenos WealthSuite modules including TAP Core / Triple A+ and EdgeConnect (UXP).
• Oversee integration development using OData, REST APIs, and enterprise middleware solutions.
• Ensure delivery quality, scalability, security, and compliance across banking applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and program managers to align delivery objectives.
• Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD implementation, and release management processes.
• Review code quality, technical documentation, and deployment strategies.
• Support production issue resolution, performance optimization, and platform stability initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise delivery governance and banking technology standards.
• Mentor technical teams and provide leadership across development and support functions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Temenos WealthSuite (R19+).
• Expertise in EdgeConnect (UXP), TAP Core, and Triple A+.
• Experience in OData, REST APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong Oracle SQL / PLSQL knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux scripting.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale banking technology delivery programs.
• Strong understanding of Private Banking and Wealth Management platforms.
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global banking clients.
• Prior experience in enterprise digital transformation programs.
• Banking domain certifications or Temenos certifications are an advantage.
