About the client - Sentiance

At Sentiance Asia Pacific, the Technical Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role within the Delivery Team, with a strong focus on technical integration, support, and troubleshooting of our SDK across mobile client implementations. This role demands practical experience with mobile SDK integration, familiarity with app development workflows, strong analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset to ensure seamless implementation of Sentiance's technology within diverse environments.

Mandatory : Japanese Speaker ONLY

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Onboarding - Lead end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring seamless implementation of Sentiance solutions for new customers. Serve as the technical point of contact for SDK integrations within the delivery team, supporting implementation in Android and iOS environments. Guide client-side developers through proper integration, setup, and testing of the SDK, including custom configurations.
  2. Delivery Enablement - Collaborate with your team to translate integration requirements into executable internal requirements. Coordinate closely with engineers and products to ensure end-to-end functionality post-SDK integration
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Product, Client Success, and Technical teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and priorities.

The Individual should be

  • Problem Solver: Experienced in debugging integration issues and providing accurate, fast solutions.
  • Communicator: Capable of guiding technical stakeholders in both Japanese and English, both written and verbal.
  • Delivery-Oriented: Familiar with Agile delivery environments and able to work across teams to unblock technical integration challenges.
  • Collaborative: Thrives in cross-functional environments where coordination with engineering, product, and delivery teams is key.

Qualifications Must-Have:

  • Experience integrating mobile SDK's and libraries, preferably in a B2B tech environment.
  • Understanding of APIs, networking concepts, and data collection best practices.
  • Proven experience collaborating directly with client-side technical teams
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfortable understanding technical concepts and explaining them to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications Good to Have:

  • Adept at engaging diverse stakeholders, with clear and compelling messages.
  • Familiarity with mobile analytics or location-based services.
  • Hands-on experience with debugging tools and log analysis
  • Experience with Flutter and React Native frameworks
  • 2-3 years Software development experience

Please note - The role is a contract on renewal basis with INSCALE but a permanent remote opportunity with Sentiance.
