We are looking for Technical Delivery Managers to lead end-to-end delivery of key banking technology initiatives. You will manage projects across Banking modules such as Compliance,Customer, Deposits, Loans, Credit, E-Statements, Channels, and Wealth Management.
The role involves ensuring high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and ensure solutions meet enterprise security and compliance standards.
- Work closely with BAs, System Analysts, Architects, Developers, Test & Security teams for smooth and timely delivery.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, performance/load, and security testing, including production cutovers.
- Drive system enhancements and change requests in alignment with business needs.
- Provide leadership and coordination across teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors in IT/related field.
- 69+ years experience in IT/Banking with a proven track record in Core Banking project delivery.
- Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Technical expertise in:
- For Core banking: experience with IBM AS400, RPG, CL, COBOL, ALDON, SDLC, and Agile.
- For Loans & Credit: Hands-on with AS400/DB2, Silverlake Loans & Limits, RPG, COBOL, ALDON.
- For E-Statements: Technical expertise in AS400/DB2,UNIX Shell Scripting, RPG
- For Compliance : Technical Project Management, Actimize ,systems development, SQL/Oracle, UNIX/Windows, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Visio.
