We are looking for Technical Ecosystem Solutions Expert Open (Java, WebSphere/JBoss, API Management).

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and enforce standards: API governance, Java best practices, middleware configurations.
• Provide expertise in performance tuning for Java applications and middleware (including memory management and garbage collection).
• Train and mentor developers support code reviews as needed.
• Troubleshooting: Serve as top-tier escalation point for complex technical issues related to API management, Java applications, or application server performance.

Required Academic Background & Technical Skills

• Java Expertise: Strong knowledge of Java and frameworks (Spring, Spring Batch, Hibernate, Spring Boot).
• API Management: Proven experience with API platforms (WSO2 is a plus).
• Security: Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect protocols.
• Application Servers: Proficiency with WebSphere and JBoss. DevOps & Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on with Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm.
• Cloud: Azure knowledge is a plus.

Languages English (professional proficiency required).

Soft Skills

• We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Autonomy and proactivity. Strong listening and advisory skills.
• The ability to mentor and collaborate with both developers and infrastructure teams.
