Technical engineer

Job description:

1.Prepare and do demostration of the product to potentail partner and customer.

The product includs body camera ,evidence systems,radio, and other communication devices.

2.Solve the product issues by the support of Headquarter.

The activities includ but not limite to founction test,service test,troubling shooting,firware upgrade.

3. Laise with customer and headquater team about the product features and advice the optimizaition method to the best compatibility with exsiting network

4. Prepare and implement test scripts ,user acceptance document

5. Provide after sales support for the products to partner and customer

6. Prepare the pre-sales technical proposal according to customer requirement

7. Support the sales team for the bidder documents of new project.

Reguirements

1.Good communication skills, Can speak and write Bahasa, English and Chinese

2.Very interested in the configuration, operation and upgrade of electronic products including body camera ,smart phone,radio

4.With the support of headquarters, write technical proposals that meet customer requirements
