Technical Engineer

Job Summary

• Lead machine assembly, alignment, testing, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Resolve machine performance issues through root cause analysis and improvement actions.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure projects are completed within quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Monitor project progress and report issues to management.
• Support production planning, process improvements, and continuous improvement activities.
• Train and guide production staff and subcontractors.
• Review technical drawings and machine specifications.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and compliance with safety and 5S standards.

Job Requirement

• sCertificate or Diploma in a technical or engineering-related field
• .Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial automation machinery manufacturing
• .Strong hands-on experience in machine building, assembly, alignment and mechanical troubleshooting
• .Ability to independently identify root causes of machine issues and implement effective solutions
• .Experience conducting machine testing, modifications, and performance improvements
• .Ability to discuss and collaborate with engineers to resolve technical problems
• .Able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• .Skilled in operating milling and tuning machines
• .Good knowledge of engineering materials and their applications
• .Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• .Good understanding of pneumatic systems, sensors, and machine control systems
• .Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• .Experience leading projects, guiding technicians, and conducting training is an advantage
