Technical Executive

Job Responsibilities :

• Survey buildings and inspect mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance on electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs and sockets, cleaning drainage, and repairing circuit breaker panels.
• Check and ensure that facility equipment, such as sewerage, fire alarm systems, M&E, Genset, and drainage systems, is in good condition.
• Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
• Plan and schedule repairs.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Lead and participate in the diagnosis of equipment vibration failures, analyze, and eliminate root causes.
• Fix potential safety hazards to prevent injuries.
• Conduct a detailed evaluation of workshop equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Support and assist the building facility team members in their day-to-day activities.
• Maintain and submit all maintenance records.
• Participate in auditing building facilities.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma/ Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or any related fields
• At least 3 years of working experience as a General Infrastructure Technician.
• English literate in both written and spoken
• Good Problem-solving skills
• Willing to work within shift schedule
