Technical & Functional Lead

Responsibilities / Requirement:

• Strong knowledge & experiences in ITIL-based Incident and Problem Management, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, deployment coordination, SLA adherence, and documentation using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Manage incidents, prepare clear status and post-incident reports, and ensure effective escalation and follow-up processes.
• Involves managing product backlogs, translating business requirements into functional and system requirements, and ensuring successful delivery through SIT, UAT, and ORT phases.
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and Group IT throughout the product lifecycle.
• Project Management responsibilities such as handling small to medium-sized projects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for deployment and remediation activities.
• Good knowledge / experience in Mandarin language
