Technical Lead (Cloud & Infrastructure)

Location: Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time

Salary: Up to RM15,000 per month

We are looking for a Technical Lead with 1015 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud environments, who is passionate about technology and eager to drive impactful projects for our clients. In this role, youll balance strategy and executiondesigning solutions, leading delivery, and mentoring the team to ensure success.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and enhance our managed service offerings while ensuring successful deployments of cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Propose, design, and evaluate new technical solution offerings tailored to client needs.
• Simplify and automate implementation strategies while maintaining top quality.
• Guide project delivery teams in managing end-to-end deployments, particularly across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Server.
• Plan and deliver technical training to strengthen team competency.
• Advise clients and internal teams with clear, business-focused technical recommendations.
• Escalate and report critical issues to leadership with proactive solutions.

What Were Looking For:

• 1015 years hands-on experience in IT infrastructure design, deployment, and support.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Server (AWS exposure is an advantage).
• Solid understanding of IT security, compliance, and governance.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritisation, and analytical skills.
• Independent, hands-on leader who can mentor teams while staying close to the technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and clients.
