Your new role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical strategy, lead a high-performing engineering team, and influence key architectural decisions across the organisation. Beyond leading delivery, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the technology function, with a clear pathway toward a future CTO position as the business continues to grow.

What you'll need to succeed

• MUST HAVE Proven leadership experience managing IT teams.
• Experienced in Java (Open to any framework).
  
• Experienced in other programming languages will be an added advantage.
  
• Good communication skills, able to read and speak Mandarin.
• Strong problem-solving skills and professional demeanour.
