We are seeking a Technical Lead - Integration to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading integration projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration efforts of various systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain integration frameworks, tools, and best practices to optimize performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance integration capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in system integration, with a strong understanding of integration patterns and methodologies.
• Proficiency in integration tools and technologies such as MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or similar.
• Experience with API development and management, including RESTful and SOAP services.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
