We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the development of innovative software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers in the design and implementation of software solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing them with support and direction on projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in software development or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.AWSGlue
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Proficient in database management and data modeling (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
