Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and support logistics software for company, mainly serving our APAC group companies.
Participate in all project phases, from requirements gathering to implementation, maintenance, and support for logistics applications (VB.Net/Java).
Ensure deliverables meet expectations, quality standards, and schedules.
Maintain applications according to SLAs, solve performance issues, and fix bugs.
Engage in continuous integration and automation for testing and deployment.
Document and maintain design specifications, source code, and archives.
Commit to improving company methodology and delivery.
Provide technical guidance and lead team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and standards adherence.
Explore and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
Stay updated with trends and technologies in software development.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's, Professional, or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7+ years in full-cycle software development project management.
Knowledge of AngularJS, Bootstrap, Ionic Framework, etc.
Familiarity with programming languages in both VB.Net, Java.
Experience with Oracle, MySQL, or other relational databases.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, OAuth, etc.
Proficient with Git, Visual Studio, Eclipse, etc.
Skilled in database design and development.
Excellent communication skills.
Motivated, quick learner, passionate about new technologies, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
Capable of mentoring and leading a team, while being a team player.
Preferred Experience in development for logistics or supply chain management software.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
