Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to drive the execution and delivery of engineering and data solutions across our product portfolio. This role is pivotal in translating strategic vision into scalable technical outcomes, ensuring alignment with business goals, and managing cross functional resources to deliver high-quality solutions.

The technical lead will establish technical architecture that allows scalable and modular implementation across geographies and ensure secure, compliant, and efficient technology solutions for the products.

Main Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery

  • Define and communicate the technical vision and architecture for engineering and data platforms.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of solutions, from design through deployment, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Oversee the development of APIs, data pipelines, and integration frameworks that support product functionality and analytics.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural standards, compliance protocols, and best practices. Execution & Resource Management
  • Plan and manage engineering and data resources across squads, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
  • Collaborate with product owners, delivery managers, and business leads to align technical

Implementation with strategic priorities.

  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies, and proactively resolve technical challenges. Team Enablement & Mentorship
  • Mentor engineers and data professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote iterative development practices.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of technical talent. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a technical liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic input on platform decisions, trade-offs, and long-term scalability.
  • Communicate technical implications of decisions to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Min 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex technical solutions in agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, data integration, API management, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms and data governance frameworks is an added advantage
  • PMP, CSM, ITIL, or equivalent is preferably
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
