Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Technical Lead to take ownership of regulatory technology initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of projects that meet both business and compliance expectations.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical and regulatory projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget are met
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into effective solutions
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management across multiple initiatives
- Drive system design, implementation, and enhancements aligned with business objectives
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit, compliance, and IT governance standards
- Monitor system performance, availability, and SLA compliance, ensuring minimal disruptions
- Provide technical leadership and problem-solving expertise in resolving complex issues
- Collaborate closely with procurement and business teams, with exposure to P2P processes and controls
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Technical Lead (Regulatory) Should Have
- Around 6-10 years of experience in technical project management or IT delivery roles
- Solid understanding of IT application architecture, development, and solution design
- Experience in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
- Strong exposure to SDLC, audit, compliance, and governance standards
- Familiarity with procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and procurement controls
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage risks, and deliver under pressure
- PMP certification (optional) or knowledge of regulatory systems (e.g., CCRIS, CTR) is an added advantage
