Technical Lead (Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert)

Responsibilities:

As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for driving innovative practices into delivery and bringing depth of expertise to the engagement.

JD:

• Own solution architecture, design standards, and technical patterns
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and engineering quality controls
• Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, observability)
• Oversee deployment, release management, and technical risk mitigation
• Maintain architecture, API, and data flow documentation
• Guide engineers and drive technical decision-making

Mandatory Requirements:

• ≥8 years delivering large-scale application solutions
• Strong experience with ReactJS (FE) and NodeJS (ExpressJS) (BE)
• Strong experience with API-driven architecture and microservices patterns
• Experience with AWS cloud (incl. Lambda, deployment, monitoring)
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL (Amazon RDS)
• Experience with Python-based analytics / optimisation components
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and observability tools
