About you:
You will be a motivated IT professional with 2-4 years of ERP implementation experience who understands how to balance technical delivery with excellent customer service. You'll focus on ensuring clients have smooth onboarding experiences while working collaboratively with our global Professional Services team.
This role offers excellent growth opportunities to expand your technical expertise across multiple business systems while building strong client relationships in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding Management: Conduct ERP system configuration calls, guide clients through setup processes, and ensure smooth go-live experiences
Technical Implementation: Execute data migrations, configure chart of accounts, and set up multi-entity financial structures
Project Coordination: Manage 3-5 concurrent client implementations while maintaining quality standards and timeline adherence
Process Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and implementation checklists
Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Consultants, Account Managers, and Support teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical challenges during implementation phases, escalating complex issues appropriately
Client Communication: Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders, translating system capabilities into business benefits
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to methodology enhancements
Essential Skills and Experience:
Technical Foundation (Required)
ERP Implementation Experience: 2-4 years hands-on experience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms)
Database Skills: Solid SQL Server experience including data queries, basic performance optimization, and data validation
Integration Knowledge: Understanding of APIs, web services, and system connectivity
Windows Environment: Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Active Directory management
Data Management: Experience with data migration projects and Excel-based data manipulation
Project Implementation Skills (Required)
Implementation Methodology: Experience following structured implementation processes and project timelines
Testing & Validation: Experience with system testing, data validation, and user acceptance processes
Documentation Skills: Ability to create technical documentation and follow implementation checklists
Client & Communication Skills (Required)
Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated commitment to positive client experiences during technical implementations
Technical Communication: Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business users
Virtual Collaboration: Comfortable leading calls, screen-sharing sessions, and remote troubleshooting
Problem-Solving Approach: Methodical approach to identifying issues and developing practical solutions
