Technical Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TechOps Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HTML and CSS, basic accounting knowledge, a passion for technology, and a desire to contribute to the efficiency and success of our technical operations. • Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for internal teams, addressing issues related to web technologies, network configurations, and software applications.

• System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of all technical systems.

Deployment: Assist with the deployment of new software and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for technical processes, configurations, and procedures.

Collaboration: Work closely with other technical teams to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.

• Accounting Support: Utilize basic accounting knowledge to assist with technical aspects of financial systems, including troubleshooting and support for accounting software.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical operations or similar role.

• Technical Skills:

Proficiency in HTML and CSS.

• Basic understanding of network configurations and web technologies.

Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with accounting software.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Any relevant certifications in web technologies or technical support.
