Main Accountabilities
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all plant safety requirements and actively participate in initiatives to enhance safety performance. Attend safety meetings, contribute to department, and site safety programs.
- Technical Strategy Execution: Implement the PG site technical strategy and improvement plan in alignment with the Site Manufacturing Strategy.
- Process Safety Management: Lead the process safety risk reduction program, including design influence, routine hazard studies, maintaining and monitoring controls, and educating site personnel to ensure competency.
- Production Support: Lead the plant Production team in achieving cycle time and quality targets.
- Process Surveillance: Conduct process surveillance to ensure tighter control of the plant, utilizing the alarm management system and bypass program.
- Raw Material Storage Troubleshooting: Serve as the focal point for raw material storage troubleshooting.
- MoC Administration: Administer the Management of Change (MoC) process, including monthly performance reviews and process confirmations.
- Root-Cause Problem Solving: Lead initial root-cause problem-solving activities for the production process.
- Incident Investigation: Lead process safety AIMS and technical investigations resulting from incidents or customer complaints.
- Technical Training: Conduct technical competency training and assessments for the PG team as needed.
