Job Description

Overseas Presales Training Specialist / Overseas Presales Enablement Lead

Key Responsibilities

You will work in close collaboration with GTD (Global Training Department) for Presales and serve as the primary owner of overseas presales capability development, taking end-to-end responsibility for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the overseas presales capability framework.

1Overseas Presales & New-Hire Capability Development (Result Owner)

  • Take full ownership of presales combat readiness outcomes for overseas teams, rather than focusing solely on training delivery.
  • Design and implement English-based onboarding and capability development programs for new hires, enabling rapid mastery of overseas products, solutions, and presales methodologies, and significantly shortening time-to-productivity.
  • Drive the implementation of role-based enablement and certification programs for overseas SA / Presales teams, continuously improving certification pass rates and capability readiness.

2Overseas Partner Capability Enablement

  • Design and deliver standardized, professional, and scalable English enablement programs for overseas partners, strengthening their independent presales and project support capabilities.
  • Through systematic enablement, increase partner-led presales coverage across overseas markets, directly supporting the expansion and scalability of channel business targets.

3Strategic Product Value & Practice-Driven Enablement Execution

  • Focus on the company's core strategic products and solutions in overseas markets, applying a practice-driven enablement approach to ensure knowledge transfer is converted into real frontline execution capability.
  • Continuously refine English value messaging and technical storytelling, improving overseas teams ability to present, demonstrate, and deliver PoCs for strategic products.

4English-Native Content Development & Certification Support

  • Collaborate with product, solution, and subject-matter expert teams to lead the development of English-native training content and curricula, ensuring messaging, use cases, and structure align with overseas market expectations and avoid translation-driven delivery.
  • Provide content and capability model support for overseas certification frameworks, ensuring strong alignment between certification outcomes and real-world presales competence.

5Regional On-Site Enablement & Deep Field Support

  • Design and execute high-relevance on-site enablement and hands-on support programs based on continuous analysis of overseas market conditions and business scenarios.
  • Respond rapidly to key enablement and project support needs across the APAC region, while continuously optimizing enablement models for effectiveness and cost efficiency.
  • Primary focus: APAC; secondary support: MEA and Europe as required.

6AI-Driven Training & Knowledge Acceleration

  • Participate in the design and deployment of AI-assisted overseas training models, including knowledge Q&A, simulation exercises, scenario-based learning, and capability assessment.
  • Systematically structure and institutionalize personal field experience and regional best practices into the global knowledge platform.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to significantly improve the coverage, efficiency, and scalability of overseas enablement, reducing reliance on purely in-person training.

Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements

1Language Skills & Professional Communication

  • Excellent English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). English will be used as a primary working language. Candidates must be able to independently develop English-native training materials, deliver training sessions, and produce solution-related documentation with communication styles aligned to international business and technical standards.
  • Strong Chinese proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), enabling effective and accurate collaboration with headquarters and cross-functional teams.

2Experience & Practical Background

  • 3–5 years or more of relevant experience in overseas training, presales enablement, channel management, or B2B capability development.
  • Proven experience in training content development and capability framework design, with strong familiarity with practice-driven enablement or execution-oriented enablement models that convert learning into real presales capability.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end overseas English training programs, including needs analysis, solution design, delivery execution, and post-program review, is highly preferred.
  • Prior working experience or long-term collaboration exposure within the APAC region is preferred.
  • Real-world enterprise networking presales and/or postsales experience is a strong advantage, including but not limited to experience gained at leading vendors or ecosystem players, with roles involving presales, postsales, solution design, project delivery, or technical support. Candidates with genuine field experience who have supported real projects and understand customer-site complexity will have significantly higher credibility and impact in overseas enablement and capability development roles.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency is considered a plus, including but not limited to:
  • Applying AI to optimize training delivery, knowledge management, or personal workflows
  • Leveraging AI to improve content creation efficiency, knowledge reuse, or learning experience
  • Demonstrated hands-on exploration of AI use cases in enablement, training, or capability development contexts

3Core Competencies (Ability to Own and Deliver Independently)

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product teams, solution teams, subject-matter experts, and international platform or operations teams.
  • Excellent business insight and solution design capability, able to design targeted and practical enablement programs based on real overseas business scenarios.
  • Strong problem-solving, project execution, and closed-loop delivery capabilities, with the ability to independently manage complexity across multiple regions, stakeholders, and uncertain conditions.
  • Excellent presentation and PowerPoint development skills are mandatory, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts, solutions, and value propositions into clear, well-structured, and professional presentations suitable for overseas audiences (including training, enablement, solution briefings, and management reporting).

4Personal Attributes & Working Conditions

  • Strong sense of ownership, results orientation, and resilience under pressure.
  • Highly self-driven, with the ability to adapt to the pace and dynamics of overseas business environments.
  • Innovative and proactive in approach, continuously seeking new methods, tools, and models to improve enablement effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and learning outcomes.
  • Genuine passion for training and capability development, with a strong desire to help learners grow and succeed.
  • Based in Malaysia and to travel across the APAC region as required (with occasional support for MEA and Europe).
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
