How you'll contribute Lead SaaS implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction. Manage integration efforts with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, and others). Facilitate architecture and requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs. Oversee product customization to align with client requirements while maintaining scalability. Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements. Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and customer engagement. Who you are Proven experience in project management, customer onboarding, or implementation on enterprise technology environments (SaaS preferred). Proven experience managing multiple enterprise B2B customer projects in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems integration (like SAP, Salesforce, etc). Strong understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles, APIs/integrations, and customer success principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
