Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Technical Project Executive to support the coordination and delivery of internal technical projects across departments. This role is well-suited for candidates with experience in project support, technical operations, or administrative coordination, particularly in fast-paced and cross-functional environments. The Technical Project Executive will support end-to-end project delivery by tracking timelines, following up on tasks, coordinating with technical and business stakeholders, and supporting data, reporting, and automation-related workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining clear communication and alignment across teams. This role plays a key support function in ensuring projects remain structured, accurate, and on track.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & Delivery Support

  • Coordinate and follow up on project timelines, tasks, and dependencies across departments. Track progress against defined scope, flag risks or delays early, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

2. Data Tracking, Validation & UAT Support

  • Support data reconciliation, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for dashboards, reports, and system outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability prior to release.

3. Automation & Workflow Execution Support

  • Assist in setting up, maintaining, and monitoring automation workflows used for task management, data synchronization, and reporting. Support the implementation of workflow logic such as triggers, conditional paths, and integrations, and help troubleshoot basic issues when they arise.

4. Reporting & Workflow Efficiency Support

  • Support the automation of recurring reports and operational workflows to reduce reliance on manual Excel or Google Sheets processes. Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and suggest practical improvements.

5. Communication & Documentation Support

  • Take meeting notes, prepare clear task summaries, and communicate decisions, action items, and next steps to relevant stakeholders. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for dashboards, automation workflows, and project materials to support knowledge sharing and continuity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 13 years of experience in project coordination, technical support, data operations, or related roles (entry-level candidates with strong portfolios are welcome).
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including functions such as XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis features.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Power Automate, or similar tools, with a good understanding of workflow logic and data flows.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setup.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
