Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Perform the management of the overall project planning from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control to closure of the project/s
- Works with internal sales team, pre-sales, legal team to develop the project scope of work, statement of work and/or project definition document deem necessary for Ensign InfoSecurity to client project management engagement.
- Defines the roles and responsibilities of all parties involved in the project for customers, management team, project team, principal, partners, and others affected by the project.
- Assigns, schedules, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.
- Manages the project deliverables in accordance to PMO standard project management methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation stage.
- Facilitates an amicable solution with the customer(s) if a dead lock of the project works is encountered.
- Perform notification to next level of the project hierarchy reporting level for any issue/s and problems that would impact to the project triple constraint (on cost, scope, and schedule).
- Perform constant reporting to project stakeholders through project team meeting in ensuring quality of project maintained.
- Prepares and presents oral and/or written project management status reports.
- Prepares the project closure document upon acceptance sign-off by customer and update the status on project status dashboard for reporting every mid and end of the month
- Uses the project management resource management skills to deliver the project to provide customer satisfaction experiences.
- Ensure the effective communications and relationships between customers, project team members and partners/principal are maintained.
Desired Skills
Advantage to have background experience in one of more the following area (Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, Electronic Payments, Risk Compliance or Life Insurance)
Education & Experience
- Educated to Diploma or Degree level or equivalent in an IT related discipline.
- 3-5 years working experience in management of project for ICT industry.
- Able to handle projects as per Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Able to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards with minimal guidance.
- Excellent in project planning tasks and ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work with a group of diverse and geographically located individuals
- Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to influence, organization ability and time management.
- Demonstrate ability to build relationship and work well with peers from both business and technology stakeholders.
- Possess analytical and strategic with a track record of success in delivery results.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
- PMP certified/ PRINCE2 is an added advantage.
