Tapway is growing fast and is looking to expand our project management and technical support team. Thus, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree / Advance Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
- Possess technical knowledge with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
- Has 2-5 years of working experience
- To possess a labelling skill is a plus.
- To have technical scripting skill is an advantage as well as AWS
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must have leadership skills and a team player to deliver solutions within a tight timeline.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Individual who is passionate, resourceful, self-motivated, highly committed, a team player and able to motivate others
