Job Summary

Enovix is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead equipment development & deployment projects and advanced manufacturing initiatives. As a TPM, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, process development, manufacturing engineering, procurement, supply chain, sales, and finance. You will be responsible for developing and managing complex program schedules, tracking progress against these plans, and ensuring the team hits our targets. The ideal candidate is a team leader who can lead by influence in fast-paced start-up like environments.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and orchestrate tooling builds & matrix activities.
  • Identify, track & drive key project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure projects are resourced appropriately, scopes are well defined and schedule targets are met while managing resource conflicts with local and global groups.
  • Organize and manage technical discussions to identify and resolve program risks, with solutions that are capable of successful & scalable deployment.
  • Facilitate qualification and ramp management with equipment, supply chain, planning and engineering teams.
  • Ensure alignment across various teams and stakeholders through concise reporting.
  • Facilitate communication across the company to ensure plan of record and provide appropriate and timely updates to leadership team

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science or Engineering plus at least 7 years of equipment or process engineering experience, preferably in semiconductor or battery manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of program management or equivalent experience delivering exceptional results within defined timeframes and budgets.
  • Strong technical understanding of equipment design, automation, and manufacturing processes in R&D and HVM.
  • Experienced in working cross-functionally and managing large, complex programs.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, from operators to C-level.
  • Ability to bring structure, clarity, and focus in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
