JOB SUMMARY:
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to support engineering and project-based manpower requirements. This role focuses on high-volume hiring of technical and engineering professionals to meet project timelines. The incumbent will work closely with hiring managers and project teams to ensure timely sourcing, screening and onboarding of qualified candidates for engineering and site-based roles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Handle full-cycle recruitment from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
- Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives for engineering, technical and project-based positions to support project timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates technical competencies, experience, and suitability for project roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers, project managers, and department heads to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Develop recruitment strategies to support project manpower planning and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding processes to ensure smooth candidate integration.
- Represent the company in career fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns when required.
2.General HR support & responsiveness
- Provide on-demand assistance to HR and Management as and when required.
- Demonstrate strong discipline, accountability and follow-through on assigned tasks.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment (hands-on experience preferred)
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in mass hiring for engineering or technical teams.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Highly reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and good communication skills.
