Key Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate registration of brands and models following datasheets and catalogues of instruments, identifying their technical characteristics.
- Perform timely and accurate database checks and updates (to the Master Library) for brands and models of test & measurement instruments.
- Assist in maintaining the database (Master Library) in compliance with internal procedures.
- Perform support and helpdesk activities for global users of the Master Library system according to the ticket system.
- Perform ad hoc jobs as assigned by the Technical Reference Administrator.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Minimum in Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
- Basic experience in Calibration or Testing of Electrical Equipment would be an advantage.
- Basic level of knowledge of metrological instruments, at least in the areas of Electrical/Electronic or Instrumentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft365 (e.g. Outlook, Excel and Word).
- Good skills in writing and fluent English speaking for communication between other regions.
- Willing to work at Shah Alam.
- Willing to work on Saturday, once a month(8.30am to 1.30pm).
