What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end technical, quality, and regulatory compliance across the product lifecyclefrom concept, market-driven NPD, R&D, and formulation development through commercial production.
- Lead Quality Assurance activities including SOP development, CAPA, inspections, audits, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives to support robust and scalable product launches.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in NPD with strong market and consumer insight, translating trends and commercial requirements into competitive formulations, technical feasibility assessments, validation, and application of safety data, specifications, and technical standards.
- Manage regulatory requirements and submissions, including product approvals, licensing, certifications, renewals, and compliance with local FDA/authority and Halal standards.
- Serve as the key technical liaison with internal teams and external suppliers and manufacturing partners, overseeing audits, qualifications, corrective actions, and supporting cross-functional documentation, reporting, troubleshooting, and risk mitigation.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in a hard science discipline such as Chemistry, Physical Science, Engineering, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or equivalent.
- 58+ years of relevant experience in Technical Regulations, R&D, Quality Assurance, or a combination thereof within FMCG, personal care, healthcare, or food & beverage industries.
- At least 45 years of managerial or leadership experience overseeing technical, QA, or regulatory functions.
- Hands-on experience in product development, including formulation, testing, and validation.
- Direct experience working with regulatory bodies and certification authorities (e.g., Halal certification, product registration, licensing).
- Strong knowledge of QA systems and compliance frameworks such as GMP, HACCP, ISO, and supplier/manufacturer qualification processes.
