Technical Sales Engineer

You will often find yourself on the go all day long manage customer relationship, develop projects schedule, and lead internal teams. Here's where you come in:

On the back of your head, you are continuously identifying and qualifying new leads, business potential, and market opportunities within the SEA/Malaysia/China region. Besides managing customers expectation, you will demonstrate the values and benefits of our product solutions confidently. You will have a good working relationship with the hardware and software engineering teams to carry out projects and drive related issues to closure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and propose technical solutions to meet those needs.
• Provide technical product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotes.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• We are seeking candidates for a junior position with 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within the semiconductor equipment industry or similar fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced working with customers, proactive and resourceful.
• Have a strong technical background and result-oriented.
• Self-motivated and self-driven.
• Candidates should be Malaysian Citizens.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Fluency in Chinese is essential for this role, as it involves communication with counterparts in China.
• Eager to learn and grow in a technical sales role.
