Technical Sales Engineer

We are looking for a sales-driven Technical Sales Engineer to support our growth in 2026 and beyond. This role is ideal for commercially minded individuals who enjoy prospecting, engaging customers, and closing deals, while supporting solution selling with solid technical understanding.
This position focuses on business development and account growth, supported by technical coordination, with a clear progression towards Senior Sales Engineer and future team leadership roles.
What You'll Do
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and self-initiated outreach
- Manage both assigned and self-developed accounts
- Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical consultation, proposals, negotiation, closing, and post-sales coordination
- Build strong relationships with end users, EPCs, consultants, and industrial customers
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Coordinate remote or on-site support for installation, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related)
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in technical sales or industrial equipment
- Strong sales mindset and confidence in cold calling
- Good communication skills; English required, Mandarin is an advantage
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple opportunities
- Willing to travel for customer meetings (no fixed travel quota)
- Own transport and valid driving license preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools
