Aggressive Market Hunting: Proactively identify and penetrate new business opportunities, mapping out upcoming construction, retrofitting, and industrial projects across the region.
Consultative Specification Selling: Engage directly with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, main contractors, developers, and building owners to present AHU technical advantages and secure our products into project specifications.
Technical Consultation & Tendering: Review project blueprints, cooling load requirements, and schematic drawings to design optimal AHU configurations. Lead full-cycle tendering, technical proposals, and commercial quotations.
High-Level Commercial Negotiation: Conduct commercial and technical presentations, negotiate contract terms, manage margins, and see project execution through to payment collection tracking.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal production, application engineering, and project delivery teams to ensure custom-engineered units meet exact client timelines and structural standards.
Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related HVAC/thermal comfort discipline.
Experience:
2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within the HVAC / ACMV industry.
Handled centralized air conditioning systems, with specific, strong familiarity with Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), chillers, or ventilation equipment.
Mindset: A pure, self-motivated hunter persona—someone who actively thrives on cold calling, knocking on project site doors, networking with contractors, and securing hard wins.
Network (Advantageous): A ready-to-tap network of local MEP consultants, building contractors, facility managers, and turnkey developers.
Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel extensively for client engagement and site evaluations.
