What You'll Be Doing
- Promote and sell commercial and industrial air filtration solutions, including kitchen ecology units, HVAC air filters, gas-phase (chemical) filtration systems and lab system solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across diverse sectors such as commercial kitchens, data centers, laboratories, healthcare, and industrial facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders – consultants, contractors, facility managers, and end users, becoming their trusted partner in air filtration solutions.
- Provide expert technical consultation and offering tailored recommendations to meet customer needs and enhance their systems performance.
- Prepare compelling technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations that showcase the value of our solutions.
- Expand our customer base and grow market reach by developing new customers and representatives, including international markets.
- Proactively follow up on project leads, tenders, and sales inquiries to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct impactful product presentations and technical briefings for consultants and customers.
- Seamlessly coordinate with internal teams on project execution, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
What You'll Need
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in any engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales engineer role. However, fresh graduates are most welcome.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and English (spoken and written).
Good To Have
- Prior experience in the HVAC industry would be an advantage.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
