About the role

PRIMATEK RESOURCES SDN. BHD., is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join their team in Setia Alam, Selangor. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic objectives within the Engineering and Project Engineering sectors.

What you'll be doing

• Providing technical sales support and expertise to both new and existing customers
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by understanding customer requirements and proposing tailored solutions
• Collaborating with the engineering team to translate customer needs into viable product and service offerings
• Preparing and presenting technical proposals, quotations, and project plans to customers
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing excellent post-sales support
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities
• Contributing to the development of marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth

What we're looking for

• Strong technical background, with a relevant degree in Engineering or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and compelling proposals

• Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and customer relationships
• Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events as needed
