Skud Technical is expanding its Business Development team and is looking for Technical Sales Engineers to grow our Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) and Cleanroom Performance Testing (CPT) services across Malaysia.
As a dual NEBB Certified Firm, we support critical facilities in sectors including:
- Data centres
- Semiconductor and electronics
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Hospitals and healthcare facilities
- Laboratories and cleanrooms
- Commercial and industrial buildings
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new projects, tenders and business opportunities
- Building relationships with consultants, contractors, facility owners and project teams
- Understanding client requirements and recommending the appropriate TAB or CPT scope
- Preparing quotations, technical proposals and sales presentations
- Conducting client meetings, presentations and site visits
- Following up on proposals and managing opportunities through to award
- Coordinating with our technical and project teams to ensure accurate scope and delivery
- Maintaining an active sales pipeline and meeting agreed targets
What we are looking for:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services, Facilities Management or a related field
- One to three years of experience in technical sales, HVAC, cleanrooms, M&E projects or building services is preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply
- Able to understand drawings, specifications and technical requirements
- Confident in meeting clients and developing long-term professional relationships
- Self-driven, organised and comfortable working toward sales targets
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess your own transport and be willing to travel when required
