Job Description

1. To attend, service, promote and to specify company products to Quantity Surveyors, Engineers and Developers.

2. Maintain good relationship with by identifying client's needs and developing an appropriate sales strategy to meet their needs.

3. Responsible of preparation of proposals, providing solutions and information.

4. Conduct product briefing and organize presentation to clients.

5. Liaise with clients on all technical aspects of the project.

6. Identify and gather new potential leads and maintain existing client's relationship.

7. Gather market intelligence for the Manager by making close monitoring of market movements.

8. Able to meet target and work independently.

9. Suitable candidate may also be tasked to cover other regions.

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in construction, engineering or related fields

2. Prior experience in sales or specification is a must.

3. Able to read and comprehend construction/architectural drawings

4. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

5. Good analytical and presentation skills

6. Able to conduct fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required.
