Job Description

The Technical Sales Executive is a key team member of the sales organisation who deals with Developers, Consultants, Specifiers, Main Contractor, Plumbers and other professional parties. It is important to develop and sustain good working relationships both internal and external to the company, so as to grow the company's market share.

Job Descriptions:

1.To attend, service, and promote company products to consultants and distributors.

2.Maintain good relationship with by identifying client's needs and develop appropriate strategy to meet their needs.

3.Responsible of preparation of proposals, provide solutions and information.

4. Conduct product briefing and organise presentation / workshop to clients.

5. Liaise with clients on all technical aspects.

6. Identify and gather new business opportunityes / potential leads and expand dealer network.

7. Good Communication skills.

8. Gather market intelligence for the Manager by making close monitoring of market movements

9. Able to meet target and work independently.

10. Suitable candidate may also be possibly tasked to cover other regions.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in engineering, construction or related fields

2. Prior experience in sales or specification is a plus, fresh graduated are welcome to apply.

3. Able to read and comprehend construction/architectural drawings

4. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

5. Good analytical and presentation skills

6. Able to conduct fluently in English, Malay, and Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
