- Engage with Quantity Surveyors, engineers, and developers to promote and specify products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, deliver technical solutions, and provide product information.
- Conduct product presentations and briefings for clients.
- Liaise on technical project requirements and support throughout project lifecycles.
- Source new leads while managing existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Achieve sales targets independently and potentially cover multiple regions.
Anforderungsprofil
- Holds a Diploma or Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
- Has prior experience in technical sales or product specification within the industry.
- Able to interpret construction/architectural drawings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop client-focused solutions.
- Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
