Technical Sales Expert

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Technical Sales Expert based in Johor Bahru. The selected individual will identify and develop customer relationships, provide personalized solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include handling technical inquiries, delivering product demonstrations, and closing sales. The role demands strong communication with clients to support their needs and maintain long-term partnerships. Collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals is also required.

• Proven skills in Sales and Retail Sales to meet and exceed targets
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience capabilities
• Clear and effective Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Highly motivated and strategic, with the ability to work independently
• Experience in technical product sales is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant software or CRM systems is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related field
• Prior experience in labels or printing industry is a plus
