Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager located in Shah Alam. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing accounts, providing technical support to clients, and developing strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, preparing sales strategies, and presenting customized technical solutions to meet client requirements. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent customer service is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales, with strong skills in identifying opportunities and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Skills in Technical Support, with the ability to provide detailed product knowledge and resolve client technical inquiries effectively
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role, especially within a technical or manufacturing industry, is highly advantageous
