Role Description

This is a full-time for a Technical Sales Representative located in Selangor, Malaysia. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting company products, and providing technical expertise to support product applications. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and offering training as needed. The position requires active participation in achieving sales targets, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction with the company's products and services.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Technical Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with diverse clients effectively
• Experience in providing Training and support to clients regarding product usage and applications
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and technical aptitude
• Familiarity with the paints or chemicals industry is a plus
• Diploma in Business, Certificate in IMM OR NACE, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional languages being an advantage
