Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist located in Shah Alam. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales efforts, providing technical support, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. They will engage in daily activities such as preparing sales proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing technical inquiries from clients. The Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Technical Support experience
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the O&G or protective coatings industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
