Responsibilities
• Reporting to regional team, ensure a high-level of support to our partners and customers for successful implementation and maintenance of our products. This includes remote and on-site optimization/troubleshooting as required, as well as assisting the regional or HQ test labs in re-producing issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Organize Proof of Concept (PoC) trials at customer or partner sites. Generate trial report and present the test results.
• Deliver technical product training to partners and customers as required.
• Monitor incoming support requests, generate trouble ticket & review support history from customer/partner
• Manage hardware-related support, including coordinating unit swaps and managing the RMA process.
• Create detailed field instructions for system restoration or issue workarounds as required.
Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in solution sales or customer-facing product management roles in the Wireless Telecom industry.
•Thorough knowledge and technical understanding of LTE/5G RAN. Knowledge of small cells.
• Experience in troubleshooting field issues, and interoperability testing of complex telecommunications networks.
• Experience in creating and delivering focused technical product training.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 40% of working hours.
•Self-motivated, responsible. Able to work in a start-up pace and multi-location, multi-culture environment.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE or related majors. Master's would be preferred.
