Technical Solutions Consultant -Account Manager
Experience: 5 years
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing consulting and pre-sales activities to help organizations evaluate, design, and adopt cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and understand customer requirements.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
- Design and recommend cloud architectures and integration strategies.
- Address technical objections and provide solution guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Build customer confidence through technical expertise and best-practice recommendations.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and customer information in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in cloud pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or related customer-facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, Data Analytics, and Modern Infrastructure technologies.
- Experience with databases and big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Linux, networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Proxies), and web technologies.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and application development concepts (REST, SOAP, Python, Java, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience creating demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
- Scripting or programming knowledge in Python, Shell, C#, or similar languages.
- Strong presentation and customer engagement skills.
